A Porcupine in a Pine Tree!

At our monthly Tales for Tots group this morning, we read the book "A Porcupine in a Pine Tree" by Helaine Beckar that was generously given to us by Scholastic Canada.  A copy of the book was given away and this month, our winner was Jack and his dad Shane!  Jack's mom is a momstown member and while she wasn't able to make it this month, she didn't want Jack to miss out on our great group and seeing his friends - dad's are always welcome!

Everyone loved the book - we sang it during circle time!  The Canadian-ness of it was great and the illustrations were fun!

Along with our fantastic story, we did some reindeer crafts and had a great Christmas-y circle time!
